The pictures found on this page are photographed by me on my first trip to Italy and Greece in September 1998.  It was my first time to Europe and I enjoyed it immensely. I did a whirl-wind tour of Italy; Siena, Colle, San Gimignano, Montepluciano, Venice, Florence and Rome. Thanks to the older Italian gentleman who couldn't speak English (nor I Italian) who helped me understand that tickets must be validated before you enter the train to avoid a fine, and also for directing me to the correct track for the train switch in Chiusi.

When the whirl-wind tour of Italy ended, we rested in Mykonos, Greece. Mykonos has a reputation as the glitziest island in Greece.   Mykons Town is a maze, and found it difficult to traverse, you never knew if the alley would take you to a dead end or someplace that you already been.  It was fun and relaxing. We sunned ourselves by the pool and also made a day trip to a beach called Super Paradise. While in the Greek Islands we took a day trip to Delos. Delos is one the most important archaeological sites in Greece. It is an open air archaeological museums with mosaics and marble ruins.

Other places of interest I would like to see are Australia, Peru, Germany, Egypt, Serengeti and Japan.

Pictures on this page were taken with an Olympus D-600L digital camera, click on images, to view larger image .
